| Mobile Muster - mobile phone recycling campaign |
Mobile Muster is the official mobile phone recycling program, set up by Australian’s telecommunications industry in 1999.
It’s aim is to reduce the number of mobile phones ending up in landfill.
As of 31 March 2008, more than 525 tonnes of mobile phone handsets, batteries and accessories had been collected. The aim by the end of 2008 is to treble the collection of these items from 50 to 150 tonnes each year—and halve the number of old phones going to landfill.
Alistair’s office is now an official collection point for your old mobile phones.

So don’t throw them in the bin or leave them in a drawer—recycle them by dropping them off in the box at Alistair office at 140 Young Street, Frankston.
